Well, the final tally is in for the Candida Cleaner and it didn’t pass. I was also following her original diet recommendations before she met Roger Haske. I knew his raw food version with a lot of fruit wasn’t correct. But I thought I’d give her diet recommendations a try.
There was still too much starch in the potatoes, grains and rice. The turpentine program wasn’t strong enough to overcome those. Plus, I just had issues with the turpentine. Listening to my body, it said it didn’t like it. And I don’t think it was the Candida talking. Perhaps it was a really strong acidifier in the body. I did feel better the next day when I had taken it the night before. But overall, something seemed off, and I came to hate the taste too.
I have really gone downhill in the last 2-3 months with these 2 programs.
So I have flunked the HP9 from Aqua Flora too. Homeopathics are not for long term care. Despite what the directions claim on their website. I like the idea of all 9 strains being addressed, but it doesn’t take very long before the homeopathic medicine causes the very symptoms you’re trying to get rid of. I always knew it would be just a band aid, while it was the diet that really would heal the body.
Looking at diets again I came across the new and revised edition of The pH Miracle. I was looking because I have spent over a year and a half on the WholeApproach Diet and have barely worked up to Stage 1. Their cookbook is full of recipes I can’t eat, which makes things confusing. They have some good ones, but it makes it hard when you have to sort through the majority of them.
I am interested in the pH Miracle Book from Dr. Robert Young. I like his explanation of disease, and his treatment protocol is the one that has always worked for me. I recognized his style. This is the one that has worked for us.
In addition he has the pHour Salt supplement that really seems to work. The diet is what heals, but the supplements will speed up the healing. His personal assistant told me it takes 3-6 months to heal from Candida on this program.
And no antifungals are necessary!
That’s it for now. I’ve started the pH Miracle program. I’ve eased into it and tested the supplements before I go all out. Now I am ready for the cleanse and the next step.
