Lucas’s website is good. One of the few I can approve. And his YOGABODY Handbook is right up our alley. Easy stretches to ease us back up to full speed. Try my other stretches that I posted earlier, then when your body is ready you can go to the gravity stretches in the YB Handbook.
I have looked long and hard for years to find a yoga program that was gentle enough for Fibromyalgia recovery. This is it, after you have outgrown the stretches I have developed.
I love chi gung, but even the warm up exercises of B. K. Frantzis in his Opening the Energy Gates book was too much for me to handle. You know it, …….I ended up with a migraine headache.
After the gravity poses are easy, you can progress to more active exercise. An exercise that moves your muscles. Another kind of Yoga, or the Chi Gung, Opening the Energy Gates exercises are fantastic.
